Custom itinerary enquiries

When you submit the custom itinerary form, we receive the name, email address, trip details and preferences you provide. We use them to respond to your enquiry, discuss a possible itinerary, and, if you choose to proceed, plan the agreed service. Please do not include identification documents, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.

The form is processed by Amazon Web Services in its US East region and sent through Amazon Simple Email Service to our business Gmail inbox. The website does not keep a separate database copy of the submitted form. Enquiry correspondence remains in the inbox while needed to respond to you or manage an agreed service.

Bot verification

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated submissions. Your browser connects to Cloudflare for the challenge, and our server sends the resulting token to Cloudflare for verification. Cloudflare does not receive your form answers through the widget.

Other website services

The site does not use analytics, advertising trackers, visitor accounts or newsletter signups. Video thumbnail images are requested from YouTube's image service as you browse destination pages. The YouTube player loads only after you select a video. Your browser then communicates with that provider under its own privacy practices.

To ask about, correct or request deletion of information you shared in an enquiry, contact the business email in the footer. We will review your request and any information we need to retain for an agreed service or applicable requirements.
